Photos caption for image 116 from the 2001 SDHS book "Off the Record" — Taken at a party at the Crow Bar where Loretta worked summers. Loretta was a schoolteacher in Saugatuck and elsewhere, including for the United States military at Camp Wood in Japan in 1955-56. She witnessed the rebuilding of Japan at the time.
