Scope and Content

Journal entries from 1953 to 1957 of weather and sales at House fruit stand. In addition, glued inside the cover is a newspaper clipping of an 1952 obituary for Henry Waller, a man in the fruit orchard business. Tucked in the pages are two newspaper clippings about President Eisenhower's inaugural prayer, 1953; a 1929 receipt, a 1966 invoice for repairing and recovering a sofa from Charles Stauk of Holland; a 1928 cancelled check to Charles E Babbitt.
