1. Certificate of Title of a Motor Vehicle issued to Gilbert Leach of Douglas, Michigan for a Model A. Ford on May 9, 1939. Stapled to back of document is a receipt for sales tax paid from Ter Haar Auto Company in Holland. Total purchase $30. 2. Chattel (property other than real estate) Mortgage document for a used 1929 Model A. Ford contracting Mr. Leach to pay $8.33 per month for three months to purchase the car. Mortgage issued by Ter Haar Auto Co. on Nov. 13, 1938 3. Letter to Mr. Leach from Lee C. Richardson, director of the Michigan Department of State, Division of Diver and Vehicle Services, notifying Mr. Leach to appear for re-examination and interview for his operators/chauffeur's license. July 13, 1956. 4. Envelope from item 3, sent registered mail on July 13, 1956
