Context

Cynthia Sorensen, and the generous readers of Saugatuck Informed, identified the woman as school board member Debbie Hoffman. The artwork is believed to be a rendering of the new high school entrance, circa 1974. According to Mark Neidlinger, 1973 was the last class to graduate from the old school. The new school's first grads were in 1974. The gentleman pictured is Don Oyler, school superintendent.
