(P.O. Box 773) / N.P.V.& C. Co. The labels have a "View of" blank line where the title of each image is hand written in pencil.
"Camping Party at the Harbor" - A woman stands and a man sits at a table, three tents, oars, firewood, flags, a hammock and trees in the background. The location is likely the Park Street camping area at the base of Mt. Baldhead
"A Picnicking Party" - In the left-side foreground, four girls sit at the edge of a log-strewn body of water. Six boys are standing on the logs further away. In the middle distance, a double-masted sailboat is moored. The oppose bank of the body of water is covered in trees. Likely location is Kalamazoo Lake or some other wide area of the Kalamazoo River that had logging activity.
"The Tug Twilight" A steam-powered tug sits on glassy-smooth water. A man stands on the roof of the pilot house. This may be the "small steamer" Twilight" that was sent to rescue the J.E. Martel in 1886.
"The Harbor, showing the Piers" - A double-masted schooner is tied up to the old Saugatuck channel piers. Note the (short lived) navigational light and catwalk. c1900
"Scissors grinder 14 years without a hat" - A bearded man drives a wagon bulled by a spotted ox down a muddy road.
"Lake Michigan by Moonlight" Shadowy image of a water wheel with the remains of a structure nearby.
