Description

Two 35mm positive slides showing the boats and docks behind the Butler Hotel/Restaurant before the building's upper floors were removed. Visible are many mid-Century pleasure boats, boat boxes and a grassy park area. In the distance the Blue Star bridge crossed the Lake Kalamazoo. Jack Sheridan dates the photos circa 1960-65.
