Scope and Content

Abstract of Title for the parcel of land on the west side of Park Street, north of Campbell Road. Sheet one, dated 1904, records the ownership of the parcel by William G. Butler, Michael B. Spencer, Elisha B. Bassett. John Kenter, Dan J. Arnold, Ira Davenport, A.B. Taylor, the Fruit Growers State Bank, Electa R. Campbell and James Campbell. Sheet two, dated 1921-1952, also lists ownership by William G. Tisdale and Bessie M. Tisdale, the estate of Jeanette O. Campbell (possibly Jeannette C. Menden of Phoenix, AZ), Grace B. Moore (formerly Campbell), Henry C. Underhill, Raymond Goodin and Cretora Goodin, William A. Sorensen and Anna M. Sorensen. Preliminary agreement for sale of real estate dated 1952 between William A. Sorensen and Anna M. Sorensen (prospective seller) and George E. Harding (prospective purchaser). The 1952 real estate transaction never closed.
