CD containing hundreds of photographs of local properties compiled by Coldwell Banker Woodland-Schmidt realtor Jeff Wilcox from 1997 to 2013. The CD contains three main folders titled "Condos-Developments", "Number Streets" and "Street Names". The titles of specific sub-folders are listed in the notes section, below. In addition to photos of property exteriors and interiors, there are photos of land prior to development plus some property sub-folders that include real estate sales documents, sales blurbs, maps, low-resolution video clips and emails. An Excel97 spreadsheet document is unreadable.

The home-burned CD is slow to load. The excel document was corrupted; it could not be copied or opened by a PC or an Apple computer. The Condos-Developments content has been copied to this entry to create a back up of the information most vital to the community at large, compared to the photos of individual homes.
