According to his obituary (see profile) Harry A. Morris was born in Saugatuck in 1866. He sailed on the lumber barges, was cook on the barge O.E. Parks for 14 years and for several years worked in the Leland department store. He married Mrs. Lillian Frehse of Michigan City in 1907 and they opened a shoe business in Saugatuck.Cataloged By
