Description

Steamer with smoke curling from the stack, docked by a low building with a sign that says "Pokagon Resort" and a larger, light-colored, 2-story structure beyond. This site is where the Beachway Resort is today (2021) at Park and (106) Perryman Street. The ship is likely an excursion boat that ran up to New Richmond or down to the beaches. Photo is printed on Kodak Velox Paper and has "20" and "D.D." written on the back. Yellowing transparent tape on the corners and long edges of the image.
