Newspaper clipping from unknown publication: POLICE ON WATCH- During the summer week-ends Saugatuck is busy on land and in water, but the police department covers both. In his patrol cruiser Harbor Master Henry Hungerford exchanges information with Chief of Police Joe Dempski, while Officer Julio Mocini (left, on cruiser) looks on. Since the harbor patrol was instituted last summer, Hungerlord has slowed down the "hotrod" boaters to legal speed.

According to Vincent Mocini on facebook, Oct. 2024 "That's my dad, Giulio Mocini, on the police boat. He had "sailor skills" as his family were fishermen in Italy in the early 1900s. He arrived in the USA as a merchant seaman."
