Description

People on a beach in long, dark swimming attire. Canoes and small watercraft pulled up on the beach. Some beach goers are dressed in street clothes. Top image is of the cove just inside the channel on south side (turning basin). Bottom image is beach south of the channel cut, later called the South Denison, or the Saugatuck Harbor Natural Area. Oval beach can be seen in the far distance. Each photo is printed on Kodak Velox Paper and has "20" and "D.D." written on the back. Yellowing transparent tape mars the corners and edges of the photos.
