Notes: Louise was the daughter of Captain Andrew Crawford, owner of the Crawford Transportation Co. which ran passenger boats between Chicago and Saugatuck, 1909 to 1913. She worked as a commercial artist for the Douglas Aircraft Co. and was a charter member of the Saugatuck Art Association. In Saugatuck she painted large portraits and garden scenes.*
