Context

This building was demolished and replaced by a dual rental unit in 2005. As of 2025, the property is owned by the Marro Land Company LLC. The upper floor is a short term rental named "Tootsie's Place." Sometime after 2019 a pergola was added to the Water St. side of the building. See the profile for 125 for more images of 125 Water. The building on the far right, with the iron balcony railing, is the back of 110 Butler.
