Public notice from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers about an application by Harrington Construction Company of Fennville to build a dock for government research vessels.

Context

This dock is at 730 Water Street and was used for fisheries research vessels for at least a decade. The large boathouse on site gained the nickname "Government House."
