Ten annual Douglas business license cards from 2004-2015 Flyer and loyalty card from Good Intentions Paving Company, an early marijuana dispensary that was at 3219 Blue Star Highway. In 2011, the owner Tammy Jacobi was forced to close the dispensary due to legal threats to her nursing license.
