Fifteen photocopied pages from a report titled "Historic Structures Report - The Tallmadge Cottage at Ox-Bow, Summer School of Arts and Summer Artist's Residencies Saugatuck Michigan" by Melissa A. Westrate. A sticker on the first page indicates the document was from "Stack 363.690977414 W538h" and this was Jim Schmiechen's copy, likely made from a copy belonging to Judy Anthrop. The original report had at least 92 pages. The photocopied pages include a property assessment printout giving the cottage's address as 3435 Rupprecht Way; a description of the flooring pgs. 54-55; a historical evaluation pgs. 11-16; Munsell color samples of original color scheme pg. 56; and the selected biography pgs. 89-92.
