Photos of early church leaders. Lindsay was pastor of the Saugatuck First Congregational Church 1899-1902.
In 1896, Dr. Robert J. Walker arrived in Saugatuck to begin a medical practice. He was persuaded to come by Rev Lindsay of the Saugatuck Congregational Church, who wrote that the present doctor in town was an atheist. Walker served the medical needs of the Saugatuck area for 48 years.Collection
