Four cars, colored red and blue, are parked along the sides of a tree-shaded road. A structure with windows is visible on the right side of the road. Code R-90165 at top center and note that card is "Made in U.S.A." Unmailed, no writing. Color image on front and blue-ink only on back. "Place stamp here" zone lists domestic postage as one cent. for the "United States and island possessions, Cuba, Canada and Mexico." Color image is printed, not a photo.
