Folded letter, envelope and photograph sent in reply to letter from Mr. Gleason Page one: "March 19, 1929. 45 Fordham Drive, Buffalo N.Y. Mr. F Gleason Dear Friend Received your most welcome letter on the 17th this morning so I take the pleasure in writing you again. Well I am not of the flapper style my hair isn't bobbed or do I use paint. I am like yourself a one man woman and would devote the rest of my life to do all I could in making my pal happy. I am of a lovable nature can hug and kiss and like to be loved (2) [upper left corner text blurred] ... I am a good housekeeper ...working in a home to ... cheerful and comfortable ... is what a man needs when he come in to his home. As for nagging I don't believe in it have traveled quite a lot and like to travel and also enjoy the great outdoors. Was in the southern part of Texas for nearly three years along the Mexican border line it sure is a great country down there. I get terrible lonesome at times this crawling in bed and sleeping by yourself is not all what it (3) is cracked up to be. There is not much difference in our ages I am like yourself feel like a spring chicken not a colt watch out and don't jump the fence will you. Enclosed is a snap that was taken last fall while I was on a visit in Canada hoping I will meet with our approval I am a brunette of fair complexion hoping to have an early answer from you I remain yours sincerely. Addressed to Mr. F. Gleason, Lake St. Saugatuck, Mich. No house number.
