Scope and Content

Birth records and death records as collected by the Douglas Community Hospital from the first decade of the 1900s up to 1966. Some time around 2008, Howard Vanderbeck scanned both death and birth cards from the old Douglas hospital. Chris Yoder placed the death records on the old SDHC website. Michigan state law does not allow the birth records to be portrayed publicly, so those documents were not posted.
