Folder filled with promotional flyers, contracts, architectural renderings, website print outs for a proposed residential timeshare condominium development on the site of the former Tara restaurant at 200 Center Street.
The materials are from 2001 and were mailed to Arthur Rossof by Tracy Berger, VP of Sales for the Churchill Group of Chicago. The property was never built as described. Haven Development Partners II, L.L.C. of Chicago is listed as the developer.
The project failed. Today [2022] the site is the condos at Harborview Drive in Douglas.Context
