Old School House Garden

Oil Painting of the Old School House Garden by Anne Corlett In the Summer of 2017, Anne Corlett participated in a special event gathering at the Old Schoolhouse, where she created the “Old Schoolhouse Garden” oil painting while the public watched her paint. At the time Anne promised to eventually give the painting to the History Center. In the fall of 2020, Anne kept her promise and presented the painting to the Saugatuck Douglas History Center for our permanent collection.
