Folder of aerial photos with overlays; multiple conservation plans with maps, symbol legends, and specific descriptions of every soil and woodland suitability type present; instructions for pasture and pond management, brush control, tree planting and pruning, wetland wildlife management, windbreaks and other documents and forms. Provided by the Allegan Soil Conservation District out of Fennville, Michigan, to Robert B. Wolbrink in the 1970s. The 232 acre site borders the south bank of the Kalamazoo River, upstream from Saugatuck-Douglas, near Riverside Drive.
