E. Two notes, that may be part of the same correspondence, from William H. Stickel, about rat certificates and rat bounties. Sparrows, crow, hawk, owl, woodchuck and weasel are also mentioned. The first document is dated 13 Sept. 1919 and addressed to W.T. Kimsey. The second document is signed by Mr. Stickel and advises sources for blank books, possibly election materials since J.H. Shults is mentioned, and the sending of the 1919 Public Acts by Parcel Post.
