Two unused transfers of the American Legion emblem.
The emblem is a circular, gold and brown sun ray border behind a blue outer ring with the text "American Legion", behind a golden wreath, behind a "U.S" star.

These transfers were used to attached the American Legion emblem to the inside of a glass window. The emblems were once commonly seen in windows near the front door of homes or businesses that had connections to veterans, especially veterans of World War I and II. They signaled that someone in the family served and was a member of the patriotic veterans organization.
