Photo of the Douglas Texaco Service Station that once stood at the northeast corner of Center Street and the Blue Star Highway. One the left the Balaton Inn and the Tara "Mammy" south entrance signs are visible.
The Texaco station facade has lettering that reads "Hensleys" over the office door and "Washing" and "Marfak Lubrication" over the two service bays. A middle-age man and a cash register are visible through the plate glass office windows. The Moderne structure is light-colored and smooth with a pair of stripes following the flat roof line and stars over the service doors.
