Pahl president. Document tracks the ownership transactions of this land from President Martin Van Buren in 1839/1848; Charles J. Kendall, Wittier W. Felker, May Felker in 1919; John F. Smulski in 1924, establishment of the subdivision in 1925; W.E. McCollum in 1925, Sheriff's auction in 1930 and other legal maneuvers until purchase by Walter F. Reddy and Nina Reddy in 1951; William H. Fatka and Monica Fatka and John W. Reddy and Barbara Reddy in 1969. - Two-page abstract of title for Felker's Lake Shore Subdivision 1836-1925 - Undated rectangular plat map that includes Willow Park, May Avenue to the west, Park Drive to the east, Center street to the north and Fifth Street to the south. - Two pages of Nina Reddy notes when she split the properties among her four children. - 1941 deed between Bessie R. Context

Walter and Nina Reddy of East Lansing, Michigan, purchased several lots in the Felker's Lake Shore Development in 1942 by Quit Claim from two colleagues for "one dollar & other good and valuable considerations". Walter subsequently built the first Felker's Subdivision cottage and took an active part in its development. Walter and Nina are Dorothy Otto's parents. Dorothy, with her husband Tom, continues to live in the second Felker's home built by Walter and Nina.
