Description

A young woman sits on a dock with a long fishing pole. Behind her, the piles of the southern, old harbor walls. This image was featured as History Mystery #99 with the solution: Sarah, young wife of the new lighthouse keeper tries her luck on the lighthouse dock. The year was 1909 and the keeper was George H. Sheridan, just transferred from Michigan City.
