The Ken Denison house is located at 3574 Saugatuck Beach Road, Saugatuck, MI 49453. Designed to resemble a yacht and completed around 1990, this 8,365-square-foot home is situated on over 7 acres with extensive frontage on Lake Michigan and the Kalamazoo River. Designed by architect John Tilton of Chicago in 1990 to resemble a ship, the 5-bedroom residence was later purchased by Aubrey McClendon and became a notable, high-value listing in the area not only for its size and design but for its location directly north of the mouth of the Kalamazoo River.
