Affidavit of Isabel Schuham Steinberg and Ambrosine Schuham, Re: possession of Real Property, recorded 20 Aug. 1968. Two copies of a survey of parcel A and B at the southwest corner of Center Street and Ellis Street in Douglas. The survey is dated 22 Sept, 1967. McVea Real Estate at 8 Center Street is listed in the upper left corner of the document. Stack of receipts regarding the transaction.

Context

In the affidavit Steinberg and Schuham attest that "for a period of 40 years" the "Ellis" property has belonged to Henry S. and Nancy S. Latas and describes the house. In 2026, the northern parcel in question has the address of 201 West Center Street and is the Leonard Building, an office condo.
