Copy of photograph of Elm Point Dairy horse and wagon. The owner was Hy Leverenz, Sr. The man in the picture is his son, Theodore Leverenz, born 1900. He was 16 years old when picture was taken. The dairy was located on Elm Street where Beacon Hill subdivision is now located.
