Description
Pontoon Bridge with people walking and traveling across in horse-drawn carriages.
John Enoch constructed and operated this bridge having been given a 50 year franchise. A horseman was charged 5 cents and a buggy forty cents. The ice flow of the first winter carried away the bridge.
