Description

The 3 Flags which have flown over St. Charles, MO: Spanish (labeled 1785 to 1931), French and U.S. Flag. The French Flag of the Louisiana Purchase flew over St. Charles, MO (on 906 South Main St.) for only one day, Mar 9, 1904. The United States Flag replaced it. Note that the U.S. Flag only has 15 stars.
