The fourth in a series of paintings which explores the artist's identity as an in-between or mixed blood person. This series explores the no man's land that exists when one is caught between being neither one thing or another. I also consider what it means to be between the real and unreal and the secular and the spiritual. Through the ensuing narrative of the entire body of work, I also consider the hypothetical area which exists beyond what has been and extends to what might be.
