There are two young men in the photograph, one of them is wearing a white shirt and a neck tie. and is standing behind the counter on the left side. The other man is wearing a white shirt, a bow tie and dark pants, and is standing behind the counter located to the left. The counter on the right has five barstools at it, and behind the counter is a large mirror and bar with jars sitting on it. The counter on the left is glass, and several items are seen on the inside. There are three metal collumns through the middle of the building, supporting a large beam. The ceiling is textured with an ornate, raised pattern. Three lights hang from the ceiling, suspended low by what appear to be thin chains. Several shelves are seen along the right wall. Between the two counters is a short cardboard Coca Cola advertisement, depicting a man with a tennis racket in his right hand and a woman in a large hat and dress sitting side by side. A similar advertisement can be seen in the back of the room, behind the left counter.
In marker, across the front of the photograph, is written "Aldridge Drug Store, Wewoka Okla."
