Half of a photograph of a Union Block building, but the location is unknown. The photograph shows a large strip center. The building has two levels. Along the windows signs can be seen for a Book Store, Music Store, and A. Willis & Co. In the center of the building is a kind of clothing store with July 4th flyers hung in the windows. Outside many people are standing. In front of the music store, children are standing with drums strapped to them.
