Franklin Mint brand blue angel doll. The doll is dressed in a white gown with a sheer blue overlayer. The blue overlayer also has a golden trim on the hem and cuffs. At her waist, her dress is tied with a gold and blue sash, on the end of the sashes are two music notes. On the bodice of her dress, it is gold with a gold and blue trim around the collar. She also carries a gold wand, and has white angel wings that are outlined in gold. She also wears white bloomers but has no shoes. The doll has long blonde hair that is curled and blue eyes. The doll has a porcelain face, hands, and feet, but her body is cloth.Use

The Franklin Mint is a private mint founded by Joseph Segel in 1964 in Wawa, Pennsylvania. The Franklin Mint branched into dolls after establishing themselves with, among other items, commemorative medallions. Many early, popular dolls included historical figures.
