Description

Color slide (Kodachrome) of construction of the arcade at Shaker Square.The barrier sign lists the Albert M. Higley Company as the general contractor and Outcalt, Guenther & Associates as the architects. Upon completion, the stores were to be occupied by Irvin & Company, Moffett Studios, and Ida Cope. Irvin & Company is visible to the right of the barrier.
