Description

Undated black-and-white photograph of the Methodist Episcopal Church of Warrensville Township. Founded in 1837, the congregation first worshipped in a schoolhouse before building a frame church on Center Road in 1845, which was later rebuilt after a fire in 1866. The Methodist Episcopal congregation used the site until merging with the Church of the Saviour in 1926, after which Christ Episcopal Church leased the building in 1932.
