Description

Dana LeDuc graduated in 1971 from Parkland’s Washington High School, where he was a football and shot put star. He was one of the first Washington High athletes to break 60 feet in the shot put. He went on to a successful NFL career as a strength and conditioning coach. He worked for the Seahawks (1995-98) and St.Louis Rams (1999-2008). In his first year in St. Louis, the Rams won the Super Bowl.
