Description

NFL official Kirk Dornan graduated from Selah High in 1969 and attended Central Washington University before beginning his officiating career in Yakima in 1972 and then moving to Tacoma. Dornan officiated over 20 NFL seasons, including the conference championships in 2000-02 and four Pro Bowls and was was an alternate for the 2010 Super Bowl. Dornan got his start in officiating at the high school level, working prep games from 1976-87 and semifinal games in 1981, 1983 and 1987 as well as the Class 3A title game in 1985. Collegiately, Dornan officiated games in the Northwest Conference and Great Northwest Athletic Conference from 1978-93.
