Representatives from the Tacoma Boys Club accept a check from the Seattle Mariners prior to a home game for the Mariners. Since the Tacoma Boys Club started in 1940, it has grown to 14 sites across three neighboring counties – Pierce, Mason and Kitsap. Participation has grown to 1,300 youths each day across the three counties as the seasons change from football, basketball and baseball.Lexicon
