The Tacoma Boys Club has been a big provider of giving boys an opportunity to play football while growing up. The Tacoma Boys Club's rich history begins in 1940 when the club started on 25th and Yakima Street. Then in 1942 the Tacoma Boys club was moved to Longfellow School. Judge Fred Remann founded the Boys Club in 1940 to fulfill the social needs of boys ages 6 to 16 and provide them with proper guidance.Lexicon
