Description

Two young boxers fight during a boxing match in this photo at the Tacoma Boxing Club. After 36 years at its Hilltop location, the Tacoma Boxing Club moved to a new location. Over the years, the Tacoma Boxing Club has developed some outstanding boxers, which includes several Olympic gold medalists. They are Leo Randolph, world champ, gold medalist; Rocky Lockridge, world champ; Johnny Bumphus, world champ, national champ; Sugar Ray Seales, Olympic Gold medalist; Dale Grant, national champ; Davey Armstrong, national champ; member of the Olympic team.
