A couple of young boxers spar in this black-and-white photo taken at the Tacoma Boxing Club. For 45 years, Tom Mustin has been the head coach of the boxing club. He began coaching there in 1968 and became the head coach in 1978. The club has produced hundreds of qualifiers for the national tournament. The club has also produced Olympic gold medalists Leo Randolph and Sugar Ray Seales. Mustin was inducted into the Tacoma-Pierce County Sports Hall of Fame in 2016.Lexicon
