Description

Oregon State gymnast Tiffani White poses with her college team for a promotional photo. White, a Yakima native, earned national championships at the elite level during an impressive 12-year career. She was the 1991 Washington State Junior Olympic all-around champion, a 1993 Western USA National Championship qualifier, and a USA Junior National Elite Regional champion. Among other accolades White won the Pacific Northwest Elite all-around championship, 1995 U.S. National Championship in floor exercise and runner-up in the all-around, performed in exhibitions in Seattle and also includes state and regional titles to her resumé. After graduating from Puyallup High School in 1999, she competed for one year at Oregon State University and graduated in 2003. White was inducted into the Tacoma Pierce County Sports Hall of Fame in 2007.
