Mike Oliphant pictured in 1985 wearing his University of Puget Sound jersey with the number 33. Oliphant, a shifty running back, set school records for most points scored in one game and most points in a season at UPS. After graduating from UPS in 1988, Olipant was drafted in the third round by the Washington Redskins. Oliphant made an impressive climb to the NFL. He didn't play high school football when he attended high school in Federal Way and Auburn because of a lack of size. After high school, he turned out for a semi-pro team and after a growth spurt was offered a scholarship from UPS.Lexicon
