Description

The Cheney Studs Courteers were an offshoot of other Ben Cheney-sponsored amateur sports endeavors in post-war Tacoma. Boys from 12 to 15 participated in drill team-like halftime entertainment shows in the 1960s at college and professional basketball games. Original 8x10 b/w photograph donated by Marilyn Wetch
