Description

Andy Helling was the baseball coach at Puyallup High School for 18 years, winning three South Puget Sound League championships and was named Coach of the Year three times. Helling, a 1946 graduate of Sumner High School, went on to play for Pacific Lutheran. Helling coached four Vikings who went on to play professional baseball and he was inducted into the Pierce County Baseball Hall of Fame in 2003.
